How often should we come?
Two questions decide the schedule: how many dogs share the yard, and how often your family uses it. More dogs or heavy use means more frequent visits keep things consistently clear. Lighter use means you can go longer between cleanups without the yard getting away from you.
Weekly service is one option to consider for one or two dogs. Twice weekly can suit larger dogs, several dogs, or families outside often. Twice monthly and monthly tend to fit slower yards. If you are between two frequencies, it is fine to start with the lighter one and ask to step it up if the yard needs it.

Before your first visit
A few minutes of prep goes a long way.
You do not need to do much to get ready, but a couple of small things help us do a thorough job. If you can, move large items such as toys, hoses, or furniture off the grass so the whole yard is reachable. If any area is behind a locked gate, tell us how to get in when you book.
Let us know your dog's temperament too. Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard while we work, and dogs that have shown aggression should stay inside during the cleaning so the team stays safe.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
We use a bagless pet waste removal system that keeps plastic bags and pet waste out of the landfill. Instead of sending your dog's waste to the dump, we take the collected waste away for composting.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs. If your dog has shown signs of aggression, please leave them inside during your cleaning. Keeping our team safe is a priority.
Do you provide arrival windows for service?
No, we do not provide arrival times. Routes are optimized the night before service to help keep costs low.
