How to get ready

You do not need to do much before a one-time cleanup. Clear large obstacles such as toys or hoses from the grass if you can, so the whole yard is reachable. If any part of the property is behind a locked gate, let us know how to access it when you book.
If your dog is friendly, it can stay in the yard while we work. If your dog has shown signs of aggression, please keep it inside during the cleaning. Because routes are planned the night before, we do not give an arrival window, so you do not need to plan your day around a set time. You do still need to make sure we can reach the whole yard, so tell us about any locked gate or side access when you book.
